1. The clients must state any health issues before treatment starts, no liability is accepted where a client has pre-existing health issues.

2. Only the client having the treatment can enter the treatment room.

Please come ten minutes before your treatment. Late arrivals may mean reduced treatment time.

3. No waiting for a client on the premises or accompanying into the treatment room.

4. 24 hours required for booking changes/cancellations.

5. Mobile phone must be on silent or turned off during treatment to respect other clients.

6. No treatments are permitted where client is under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

7. The therapist has a right to refuse to treat a client without explanation.

8. Massage rooms are not accessible for disabled.

9. No smoking inside The Therapy Shop premises.

10. No pregnant women.

11. No pets.

12. No young children.
